Go to the the Bus.com ticket page to purchase your shuttle tickets. Download the Bus.com app to keep up to date on pick-ups and drop-offs. Tell all your friends, and bring them along!

What's the FICAV amount that is being charged on my purchase?
The Compensation fund for customers of travel agents is a financial protection administered by the Office de la protection du consommateur. It is used to protect you against specific cases covered here. More information can be found here.
Are buses ADA accessible?
ADA accessible shuttles are available upon request. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know which event you’re headed to as well as what date and time you’ll be travelling with us, so we can arrange the right vehicle.
* Please note that ADA requests must be made a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the start date of the event. Let us know as soon as you book your bus ticket!
I don’t see the departure time or location that I want.
You can simply hit the “Request a trip” button, and enter your preferred time and location as well as your contact information. You’ll be notified if the route is added!
What do I need to bring to board the bus?
You just need yourself, your bus ticket (either printed or displayed on your phone), and your ID. Be sure to also bring along your event pass/wristband in order to enter event grounds!
What does “Waiting List” mean?
By clicking on “Waiting List,” you’re letting us know that you’re interested in that particular route. If there are enough people interested as well, we’ll add that route and notify you as soon as it goes live.
Are bus tickets transferable?
Yes, tickets can be transferred from one person to another. Please make sure you provide or are provided with the ticket holder’s email, full name, and phone number. Please note, riders will be checked in. Once a rider is checked in, his/her ticket is expired and no one else will be able to board using that ticket.
Can I switch my bus ticket for another time?
Yes, if there is room on the trip that you want, then you will be able to change your ticket.
I’m headed to a camping festival. Will there be enough space on a school bus for my camping equipment?
Yes, there will be sufficient storage space for your camping gear! For festivals, there are reserved seats in the back of the bus for luggage. We also often use buses that have luggage compartments. We’re simply asking people to limit it to one large bag/suitcase, some camping equipment, and a cooler.
How do I get early access?
Any riders who arrive on one of our shuttles are eligible for complimentary Wednesday Early Arrival, and tent-only GA Camping close to the venue entrance.
Will the bus stop for supplies?
On select buses from Grand Rapids and Chicago, there will be scheduled supply stops. These pitstop will be at Walmart and will be for 45 minutes. Please keep in mind that any items purchased will count towards your luggage allotment of 3 items/person. The routes with stops have ‘pitstop’ listed in the description.
Where on the festival grounds will we be dropped off?
The bus will drop all passengers off at the GA (General Admittance) entrance. An on-site shuttle will be provided by Electric Forest to take VIP ticket holders to the GL (Good Life) VIP entrance.
What time zone are departures and arrivals?
Times are listed in the timezone of the city of departure. All departure and arrival times from New York, Detroit, Muskegon and Grand Rapids are in Eastern Standard Time (EST). All departure and arrival times from Chicago are listed in Central Time (CT). All departure and arrival times from Electric Forest are in EST.
